adding a bit of Bill Brandt into my research, love the harsh contrasts in the photographs, i think when males photograph females nude you get a very different approach from when it’s a female photographer. With men i think you get harsher contrasts with more of a sexual element.

looking at Edward Westons work for my in the style of project looking at the female form as all my twelve images were female fashion images so i am going to look at the female form and link this to my own photographs  

going to research into this film after my one to one with debbie, she recommend watching this film as research for my in the style of project, as all my 12 images are on the female form so i am going to add more in depth research on the film form, and then portray this within my hairbrush images.

might take a look at steve klein’s work he always seems to work on the more extreme side of fashion and likes to cause impact with his photography.

scan from my film, for final print, i think they turned out really well i like the contrast between the bright tones in the mouth and the pale skin and the framing of the hair around the edge. 

there’s something about this photograph, has no link to my work but i just love the contrast and the models all works well together.

digital shots from my latest shoot, here you can see i used various different colours of food colouring to give the disgusting effect and so you get a mixture of colours. i think this worked really well and comes across as extreme. scans of film to follow.
